The main goal is to increase awareness of one's own creativity and joy in creating. The ability to be a member of a community is also strengthened. Each person brings their own strengths and is valuable. You achieve more as a "we" than as an "I". The members of the organization team learn the basics of project work, i.e. how to successfully implement what you have planned.

The "Initiative Siglinde e. V." was founded in 2019. We are a non-profit and charitable association with headquarters in Reichertsheim, but we meet regularly in Eurasburg. Our team consists of consultants, coaches, teachers, therapists and artists (m/f), among others. We have 30 years of experience in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and processing aid projects in emergency areas. Our work is voluntary. We are ideologically and politically independent. Since 2022 we have received funding from "Aktion Mensch" for the creation of a self-help institution for people traumatized by war in Bosnia and for the "Imagine!" project.

Our focus so far has been on humanitarian aid for war-traumatized women, children and young people as well as young people with disabilities in Bosnia-Herzegovina. In our humanitarian academy we train our team, local project partners and other organizations. Past and ongoing projects include occupational therapy handicrafts, art therapy and self-help physical exercises to reduce stress. We regularly conduct convoys to Bosnia. We also promote creative self-expression.
