Our take: In addition to the training, the participants work voluntarily in our association for 2 years, applying the knowledge they have gained for the benefit of the association. That's really fair!
They do this in the form of:
Collecting donations, recruiting members, participating in projects.
Benefits and consequences:
The training received is of lasting benefit and can be meaningfully applied in this and all other areas of life.
Methodology:
The academy takes place online and offline and is led by people with extensive project experience.
Participation in practical projects is also planned in order to deepen the knowledge gained.

Our project managers have been providing humanitarian aid in different countries with different projects for 30 years.
We are very familiar with the conditions needed to lead a club successfully through time. We have identified similar challenges over many years.
